Delivery Orders must be placed by the Wednesday of scheduled delivery week
Pick Up Orders must be placed by Friday latest
Minimum order is 10 Rolls
Minimum order per flavour is 5 Rolls

Customers must bring Loyalty Card at time of pick up or delivery to receive a stamp towards their Free Rolls. Loyalty Card can only be used for pick-up & delivery orders, authorized by Reggie’s Rolls Inc.

LATE FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY
If order is not picked up within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup time, a $5 late fee will be charged to the customer.
All cancellations must be placed at least 24 hours before pick up/delivery time scheduled, in order to receive a full refund.
Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear as a credit on your method of payment according to our payment provider, Stripe. Thank you for your patience.
No refunds will be given on orders cancelled on scheduled pick up/delivery day.
